Pixel Art Commissions TOS

  • Refusal Policy - I reserve the right to decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable drawing your request or working with you.

  • Payment Policy - Payments may be done via Paypal or Ko-fi and are received AFTER I have completed your commission. Once payment has been received, I will send you the file(s).

  • Adjustment Policy - Commissioners are allowed three adjustments free of charge, excluding any corrections that are required due to something that I missed that was provided in the references. After the first three changes, commissioners will incur a fee of 5 to 25 USD depending on the complexity of the changes being asked for and what phase I am in during the creation process.

  • Update Policy - I will be sure to contact you at the end of each week (Sunday) to give you an update on your commission. You are allowed to ask me at any time regarding the status of your commission. However, please do not spam me. I will be sure to respond to you within a day.

  • Portfolio Policy - I post all work that I do on Twitter, Deviant art, and/or Pixiv. If you do NOT want want me to post your commission then please let me know! Commissioners ALWAYS have full rights to any work that I do for them just be sure to give me credit.

  • Visibility Policy - When you place your commission please let me know if I am allowed to stream myself working on your commission or if you'd rather I work on it in private.

  • Refund Policy - If I have done no work on your commission within a month of accepting your commission and you paid me early then you may request a 100% refund. In all other situations, commissions are non-refundable.

  • Preferences - I enjoy drawing: monster girls, fictional characters/OCs/VTubers, fantasy, eldritch, most fetishes, and RPGMaker assets. I will not draw: toilet related content, ryona, gore, non-fictional people, political, and hateful/malicious content.

  • By contacting me for a commission, you agree that you have read all of this information and agree with the terms.
